Deposit Information

All tours require a $750.00 USD non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation.

Tour Status Info

Tours marked as “Limited Seating” have six or fewer seats available. Seats marked as “Booking Now” have more than six seats available. If you’re booking a party of four or more, please email us for availability.

Tour Schedule Information

Clients will need to arrive at least the day prior to the first chase day as noted on the schedule. It is recommended that you book your departing flight as LATE as possible on your departure day.

Storm chasing often requires driving long distances and it’s not unlikely that we will have to do a lot of driving on the last day to come back to the base city. If you’re flying out on the next day, you’ll want to have as much time to recover from the long drive as possible.

Tours will be conducted from Oklahoma City. The airport code is “OKC”.

What’s Included and How It Works

Your tour fee covers your accommodations starting from the arrival date (as listed on the schedule) until the last day that we bring you back to the base city hotel. You will be responsible for your meals and incidentals only (e.g., room service, in-room movies, etc.)

Flights to and from the base city are not included and must be arranged separately.

Due to airport policies, our commercial vehicle is not allowed to pick-up or drop-off customers at the terminal, however, our base city hotel will provide transportation between the airport and the hotel.

Shortly before your tour begins, the Tour Director will contact you to provide you with the correct phone number to call and request a pick-up from the airport. We will hold an orientation meeting at 10 am the morning after your arrival. The time for this meeting may change depending on the day’s storm chasing outlook. All participants will be notified if this is moved to an earlier time. Storm chasing will begin immediately after the orientation meeting concludes.

Please be advised that weather is fluid and extremely dynamic, it changes from day to day, therefore, we only forecast one day at a time, and in most cases – hour to hour! Everything (storm chasing, forecasting, & hotels) is covered for you – so all you have to do is enjoy the tour!

Room-Sharing Discount
  $100 off for 4-day mini tours
($50 per-person).
  $150 off for 6-day tours
($75 per-person).
  $175 off for 7-day tours
($87.50 per-person).
  $250 off for 10-day tours
($125 per-person).
  $275 off for 11-day tours
($137.50 per-person).

Group Discounts
  Group discounts are available and are great for team building events, family trips and we’ve even organized weddings! If you have a group of four or more, contact us and we’ll help you put together your group event!

Military Discount

  Active Duty Military, Reservists, National Guard and Retired Military receive 10% discount. Please bring your military ID as proof. Thank you for serving!

Police, Fire and Emergency Management Appreciation Discounts

  Full-time employees of any U.S. city, state or federal law enforcement, fire or emergency management agency will receive a 10% discount.

Student Discounts (U.S. customers only)
  Students with valid Student ID receive a 5% discount.

Coupons cannot be used with other discounts. Only one discount per person applies. Room sharing discounts apply to both persons sharing a room. Storm Tours (StormTours.com) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
